Cobras Leading Female Executive Making Major Impacts

GREENSBORO, NC –  The Carolina Cobras are pleased to report the early success and impact of Assistant General Manager Kerianne Johansen inside the Carolina Cobras front office. Only months into office the Carolina Cobras top female executive is setting the bar high for the organization with her impressive start to her tenure with the Carolina Cobras after joining the team in December.

“Kerianne is exactly what this organization needed to level itself up as a professional football organization. She holds everyone accountable including me. Her tenacity is reflective of her love for the organization. She leads a team of female executives and operations personnel that all want to see this team continue to thrive in the Triad. I won’t be GM very long because Kerianne and her team want to let me do what I truly love which is coach. She’s going to be the example and successful in this business for years to come.” - stated Coach Negron

Already surpassing expectations Johansen’s leadership with the organization impacts the Cobras front office staff through shared leadership models between herself and the Cobras general manager Brandon Negron who also serves as the team’s head coach. Since joining the team, Johansen has had major success spearheading promotions, corporate partnerships, ticket sales, and an overall relationship that is growing between the Carolina Cobras organization and the local community that surrounds the Greensboro Coliseum Complex, the home and headquarters of the Carolina Cobras since 2018.

The Carolina Cobras have had much success over the years in North Carolina rapidly becoming one of the most successful football teams in the sport appearing in four championships in only five seasons as a team.

Kerianne Johansen is from Thomasville, NC and currently resides in High Point, NC. During her career she has worked in Promotions, Advertising, and Hospitality with Marilyn’s Agency as well as High Point University.
