Carolina Cobras Globally Viewership Increases by 14%

GREENSBORO, NC –  The 11-5 Carolina Cobras found much success at The Greensboro Coliseum, affectionately called The Snake Pit. A team that is synonymous with winning is no stranger to victories on the scoreboard but in a recent league survey has proven to have found success digitally through online viewership. The 2023 Carolina Cobras season increased team viewership on their Game Day YouTube broadcasts by 14%, one of the highest increases in the National Arena League. After playing in 16 games the Cobras averaged 6,827 views per game. This season was the first time Cobras viewership reached over 100,000+ total views, setting a franchise record of 109,245 total views this season. The Carolina Cobras championship game was also the highest viewed game of the NAL’s 2023 season boasting over 18,875 views, tripling the results of an average NAL game. The Championship game’s audience included fans from 18 states and internationally over six different countries with the largest international audience coming from Canada but viewership was detected in the United Kingdom, Germany, Mexico and even as far as Thailand.
